Refund and Exchange Policy
I bought clothes for my newborn baby however during my baby shower i received the same set of clothes, now i go to Jet Chris Hani In Vosloorus they tell me that they can't credit me back.<br> Whats confusing is that on the Edcon Refund and Exchange Policy it stipulates that, they can refund or exchange <br> products if : There is still a proof of purchase(till slip)<br> :If its still valid within 30 days of purchase<br> :If its still in its original packaging or condition<br> :If its unworn, unused and the price ticket is still attached.<br> Kindly assist as now they gave me a gift card instead and gift cards can't be exchanged.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Kgothatso <br>
