I have been to Jet Stores regarding debits on my account. I did close my Jet account in Durban prior to me moving to Jhb All my emails sent i get the automated message but nothing has been done but im getting numerous calls from the accounts dept stating my account is in arrears and they got thd nerve to tell me that arrangements can be made for payment

Someone at Jet decided to charge me Club Fees. ...Legal H Fees...which i got no knowledge of as my account has been closed

When i went to Jet at Mall of Africa and spoke to s consultant he acknowledged that i should not have been charged and will call me the next morning beyween 8 and 9 am ( that was z month ago ) still waiting

Service is pathetic and disgusting
