RCS take over

I'm really not impressed by the new company called RCS that took over Jet store they have now idea what customer service is. We had to call 6 deferent numbers to get help. I have to say the Jet store in somerset west had a lady called Esmerelda (amazing help) she kept on helping till the end. But RCS is the reason why i closed my account at Jet store where i was a client from sins i can remember. (From 2012)
