RCS Starting On a Bad Note!

I've had my Jet account for more than 15 years but since RCS took over Jet ,they have sent me a collection Letter and Sms's (My COST) and called me asking me to pay as if I have indicated that I wont be paying some how. I did not request these! I think RCS should revisit the way they deal with loyal customers. How can RCS issue letters and sms's and add it to the bill of customers. This Alone is *******!
