RCS- Jet Account take over, are now putting clients accounts in a debit balance for no apparent reason
This is by far the worst service experience ever. So last month I received my statement with a opening balance of R2800, not quite sure of the exact amount, of which I called in to query and was told there has been an error in statements and that my take over balance was R0.00 so my account balance is zero as payments are up to date, mind you even my balance on my online profile is at zero.
Today I received a letter that my account is in areas! Upset much I called in sat on the phone for.lile 1hour 30 minutes, only to find they say I still owe the balance of the R2800 and some odds. This mind you is the exact balance as per a purchase that was done in April and paid in full.
So coincidentally this balance was brought back as an owing balance, on the RCS Jet group's systems there seem to be 3 different dates of which the online purchase is reflecting with all different reference numbers, baring in kind that online shopping has been paused since forever and I surely did not purchase anything after I had paid My online profile also shows that there has been no purchase done in August, so how does Jet get all these dates and reference numbers amazed me as well the team themselves.
The sad part is that I am now in arrears for an amount I know nothing about, and secondly whilst they are investing this issue they will put me in arrears which will affect for forever perfect credit score and still expect me to pay the installment in order for me not to be put in arrears. Most absurd!
