rcs group ****med me with jet

On the 30august 2023 i made a payment for jet store using the link they sent me and a week later received smses that i didnt pay the account. I called the cutmoer care and they requested a pop i did send the pop and after sending they turned their story and say the want the beneficiary details i went to the bank and i requested for what they want so they said they not using the account number thats on the statement that i found on the link they sent me. So jet ****med me money.when i call they transfer my calls to deffernt departments and i dont even find help. So my account is now in arrers because of the link they sent me.
