Putrid and pathetic service from Jet RCS or EDCON

It’s the 3rd time I’m writing a complaint about Jet stores now…. And nobody seems interested to even try assist me…. Apparently they no longer with EDCON and now with RCS…. The service is pathetic and putrid…. They say and I have an outstanding amount on an account I paid more than a year go and closed it
