Purchase charged twice on account
On 16/06/15 i made a purchase at jet north west mall Mafikeng. The purchase was charged twice on my account. I queried it the manager said i should bring my bank statement and slip to jet so they can do the refund. I follwed it up many times and until now almost 7 months later i have not heard anything or received a refund from them. I would appreciate it if they can refund my account.
