Profiled, received bad treatment based on appearance

I was unfairly treated at one of the Jet stores in Sandton. My mom had sent to pay her account and buy items from the store on her account, as she is a senior citizen. After I had paid her account, the man behind the counter, started asking me odd questions just as I had put the items on the counter, while scanning my appearance. He suddenly asked me where the card owner was, and I communicated that it was my mom. He told me I could not use the card, right after I had paid for it. I have never experienced this in any other store under the TFG group.
