Product on leaflet but not in stock

I bought 2 Vodacom Smart Tabs in December and on the leaflet it was advertised that you also get a cover for free. They told me at the store that the covers were not sent to them and that they would contact me once they are. Waited the whole of December and when I got back to work in January went to the store to enquire about this as I had waited too long for their phone call only to find out that they never even sent the details through. The tablets are now getting scratched because they have no covers. Getting the cover for free is what enticed me to buy in the first place but I am getting this. I am so unhappy with this service that if I could I would return these tablets back to the store I bought them from. I even sent a contact form about a week ago on the Jet Stores website but still haven't received a phone call.
