Power bank complainer

Good day Hellopeter.my name is Thato mojalefa tlhapi i bought a SAMSUNG phone J4 CORE and bought a SAMSUNG power bank on November can't remember the day after some time i wanted to use the power bank and it only worked for a week i went to the shop to complain they told me that i Damaged the power bank and they won't replace it and on top of that am still paying for both the phone and power bank i have been going to jet in Randfontein but all i get is attitude from the stuff so am no longer going back just know that i won't be buying at jet in Randfontein anymore or any jet for that matter 7 months complaining but not getting anything.THATO MOJALEFA TLHAPI. ***
