poor unsatisfactory service

The service at jet pavilion is incredibly unsatisfactory and disheartening. i have been a customer at jet for a long time and this one incident has put a bad taste in my mouth. what is more saddening is that i have not been offered any assistance to rectify the situation and has made my customer experience even worse to the point where i have decided to cancel my account. i 10/10 don’t recommend jet if you are expecting appropriate, efficient and effective service or assistance.
