Poor treatment

Jet store jabulani mall has a tendency of closing the store earlier than it's closing time . Last week I went rushing to buy diapers at 17:49 and they literally closed the doors just as I was about to get it ....

This is not the first incident , as jet customer I extremely appalled by the poor and unnecessary treatment I always get at the store .

This needs to be fixed !
