Poor service re unknown cellphone contract

Been waiting on feedback since October 2021. They charged me for a cellphone contract that in know nothing about. Service is pathetic instore and online. Every time I follow up a request is sent to that department but no feedback provided. I want my balance to settle the account. I want to know which number they've sent airtime to but stil no response for 4months
