Poor customer etiquette and service from Jet Greenstone Mall Staff. The Sunday afternoon shift staff of the 26th November 2023 were non customer centric nor respectful to their customers when serving them. I observed countless worst behaviour interaction where staff behaved outside the values of Jet "Our brand strives to ensure that your shopping experience is a memorable one,". Jet Greenstone Mall is the worst beware, of the staff attitudes before spending your money at that Store.
