Poor service from Jet

On The 20 of December we purchased a Samsung A3 Core at Jet in Westgate Two weeks later the microphone of the phone stoped working Westgate mall was closed due to the ******* that took place in January so i had to take the phone to a other mall I then took it to jet at Cresta mall on the 12th or 13th of January The phone was booked in I kept on calling to enquire about the phone then they say it hasnt arrived yet After 7 weeks they called me to come collect the phone I then went on the 14th March and the lady at Jet was checking the phone Only to find out that it still has the same problem It was not fixed after so long She then told us that if we book the phone in we gonna have to wait so long and it might come back the same again so we should rather take it to a samsung store myself to get it fixed which is not supposed to be my problem as the phone manufacturing was faulty so they gave the phone back to This is unacceptable
