poor service ever.

Good morning peter I wrote for you with a bleeding hear and teary eyes,the service of jet Tfg is very poor mothan anything,i did a settlement account on the 11the November 2023,till today they didn't clear my account,at first they said they didnt received the money,a went back to the bank for prove of payment they say its not enough evidence ,then the bank gave them the proof of account number they paid to,guess what ?they keep on saying investigation team will attend me soon till today ,its morethan 2month there's nothing happening,im running like a headless chicken seeking for a help,please help me ,maybe its because im a poor single woman who don't deserve to be assisted 😭 😭 😭 please come to my rescue.my numbers are ***,my ID is ***.
