Poor service

There is this lady called Precious Nchabeleng she contacted me from Jet Sales Department to join Dental Insurance on the 4th of January 2021 Time around 14:15 and we spoke for 26 mins and 9 sec. The number she contacted me from was ***, She approached me very kindly then she told me about dental insurance and everything that I needed to know about the insurance, she also read out the benefits as well as the terms and conditions for me to get a better understanding, but my biggest issue was to have a written document of what was said telephonically , so I asked her to email me those papers that I had requested for as she read it over the phone and she agreed to do. I gave her my email then i asked her "What if you don't respond like the lady that contacted me last year to join Life cover insurance? She responded and said" I won't do that i will make sure that I email them to you as soon as possible" she also gave me this number ***(customer service Jet) for me to contact if I have any inquiries.
