Poor service

Poor service. I called the Jet group to ask for a settlement amount,for I was told that my last debid order would be November 2021.I was also told that they if they debitted a amount of R350 per month,my account would be paid in full by the last debid order,which would be November 2021.I spoke to a VERY rude man,whom told me that I still owe R432 before my account would be settled.This man was very incompotent and talking over me and not even trying to understand what I was trying to tell him.I am going on maternity leave soon,so there won't be any more funds then the R350 to debid.I just want to know why a debid border was set for R350 but now there is an x amount left to pay.I would also like a full statement reguarding all payments made and debitted.

I am a paying customer and I don't appreciate being spoken to in a bad manner.
