**** poor service
Just had the f@cking worst service every from the staff at jets vaalmall.. didn't tell me they were offline so I paid my account then stood there for 25min then the lady said they would call me if its goes through got the sms on my way back to work that they Money was out of my account. Phoned the jets vaalmall number and talk to the manager and she told me that they can't tell me if the money went of my edcon account and that I must come back tomorrow and ask for a print out.. ***??? Take off work again???? **** poor service

05 Jun 2020, 11:41Just got a call from vaal mall jets telling me I need to get a bank statement and then come in so they can help me. Another 2hours wasted on this staffs ***********s. After 16-18 years of being a loyal customer I will be closing my account once this is sorted out. I will not support a company that let's there staff talk and act the way these people did to a customer even over the phone justnow****** rude like they doing me a favour. Sent 3 emails to customer care line no response to there facebook page no response. Only the lady from the hallo peter site knew what she was doing..
You guys lost a good customer and wlll be telling everyone I know and pasting on all my sosial page how Pathetic edcon has become..
