Poor service by Jet/Hollard

My mother passed on she had an account with jet, we were told that she an insurance with hollard and I was given a number to call. Hollard is not answering the call we need to claim and closed the account, I tried contacting them through FB page but no respone. My number is ***, I also visited hollard branch in Kokstad but I didnt get an assistant because their number is not being answered.
