Poor service by Edcon

I went all the way to jet to purchase lots of clothes only to wait in the line to find out that my gift card which I was using for payment states error and is not working, it was a real bad experience. I purchased the card on Saturday and was trying to use it today however the staff advises that funds were never in the account.I have all proof that the correct card was used and I require that card to open up or unblocked. tomorrow I have got to go to jet in order to get my clothes which is an extremely inconvenient. another thing is my card was refused to swipe for Thanku points which is totally not fair considering edgars swipe my card any time .
