Poor service at Jet uMlazi Mega city

I am very unhappy with jet stores in KZN uMlazi Mega city, I bought sandals and my boy only wore then twice and they got torn .I returned it back to Jet but they refused to refund/exchange it.and yet I bought the shoes using Edgar's store card.The manager was very rude to me I even called their head office seems they won't do anything. I want my R140 back.atleast o should get it back cause they are selling real cheapline staff.
