Poor service@Jet paledi

Hi I went to jet store in Paledi to buy bra’s and panties only to find that the size is too small cause am pregnant so,the size I bought I thought it will fit me,then I return them ,they told me that they will refund me for bra’s only ,as for panties they won’t ,am so disappointed cause if they consent about hygiene they shouldn’t take bras also and the other thing they tell u about the policy when u r returning ,why they didn’t tell me when I buy those panties , and u can’t fit all the panties in a pack will u tried 1 and it didn’t fit u,on the legs ..am so disappointed cus am sitting with a pack of panties that doesn’t fit me and I need panties I don’t know what to do.***
