Poor service and quality

On the 30th of September I bought clothes and a pair of sandals from JET at Mams Mall and my son wore them some couple of days. I noticed that the shoes were damaged and I saw this whilst in the shop. When I explained to the cashier they said its because the child was wearing them everyday. The cashier on the next till was so rude and talking nonsense while I was talking to her superior and did not have a name tag on, and its not my first time seeing that they do not wear name tags as I do my shopping at Jet frequently.
