Poor Service and inconsiderate management

I complained about Jet in Randburg Square where my sister went to pay her account on the 28th of February, the person who was assisting her instead of taking R150 as per the account owner's instruction she took R1500.

She has been sent from pillar to post until Friday where someone from Edcon's head office phoned and promised to resolve this ASAP.

later in the afternoon we received a call and they said we must come on Monday and this morning Thabo / Thabang (Manager & Assistant) told my sister that she needs to wait for another 14 days, I mean first it was 7 days after those days they said another 7 more days, today its 14 days????? What is this ?

I am talking about a single mom, that R1500 comes a long way and other people feels they should just play mind games.
