Poor service and ***** at jet clothing company

I'm so disappointed with Jet clothing company. I have opened a ***** case when my account was used somewhere in joburg during lockdown level 5 with another card I know nothing about. Some of the amount where paid by the insurance company from jet. How ever 3 hundred was left for investigation I have been taken from peeler to post to have this account cleared and no one at jet seems to want to help me. I have written numerous emails to jet with no positive feedback. And im not the only with this problem. What's wrong with jet. I have trusted this company for many years bt now it has disappointed me. All I wanted was to pay my remaining balance which is 300 and close the account, only to find out my account was used somewhere else for about 5000. Please finish up the investigation and give me feed. I have went to jet stores from may 2020 until now no one is assisting me with my account.
