Poor service

My mother purchased items from jet stores Cleary park Port Elizabeth for my baby shower, I was told by my gyne I was having a little girl, to our surprise upon me giving birth it was a little boy. I reside in Caoe town and unfortunately do not not have the receipt for the purchase. We tried to call the store and we spoke to a gentleman that said he would try to get the receipts and non of the stores were willing to assist us in cape town without it. It's been 3 weeks and still no one has come back to assist me. I eventually sent the clothing down to port Elizabeth and my mom then went into the store to try and change it for boy clothing she was turned away as that's apparently not their policy to assist with exchanging the items. I have now got this clothing that I'm what supposed to throw away because I can't put this on for my son. I'm very displeased with the service and won't be going back there.
