Poor Service

I am very dissapointed with having a Jet account as i make monthly payments but to my surprise i dont have credit available. I received a call from one of the jet sales people offering me an insurance and was told that when i pay my account they will take their premium because they say i am a good payer and that i needed to take the insurance since i have an account with them.To make matters worse is that when i call their customer care i dont get to speak to a consultant. at this moment i just want to let the world know that having a jet account you would be making a big mistake.
