Poor Service

I got an insurance paid out to replace my previous Vodafone phone with a sum of R1000.00.I asked Tk from jet Sandton if I could take Vodafone 3G tablet worth R1069.00 should I pay an extra amount. To my surprise,Tk told me it was impossible because I had insured for a phone not a tablet. I then went to Alexander jet mart,I found a guy manager who told me I could get a tablet.Thanks to him,he contacted Virginia (Manager in Sandton)who said I could get a tablet.I had to go back to Sandton for her help,as I was back with her(Virginia), I was told their system doesn't accept American Express. I went to the bank to withdraw cash for an Access. Virginia told me to pay R170.00,yes I paid so.my worry now is,I thought I was only paying extra R69.00 for a tablet and R90.00 for an Access.My concern is I had not been given a receipt for R170.00 cash amount that I paid.Can I please get a clarity of what amount of Access I was supposed to pay and a Formal apology for an inappropriate travels.
