Poor Service

<p>Went into a Jet store in Mthatha Circus Triangle as I await in the que I saw a chocolate priced R10.99 same chocolate description as the one I took wen I get to a caisher who was so unfriendly named Bonny or Bonni who ddnt not even greet told me that the chocolate is R35 and there's nothing she will do for me , when I told her the price I see is what I'll will pay she told me I'll have to pay R35 or leave it called for a manager Mlamli who took time to attend to me with a attitude and explained a story I cannot tell about how merchandisers pack and told me that I will not pay the price I saw he was not even apologetic about the issue so there nothing he will do. So unhappy with the level of service they gave if they had apologied for the error I wud have understood but rather the way they did ...Jet Management please train ur staff on Customer service . </p>
