poor service

<p>i went in this weekend to the "new jet" in the chatsworth center, there was no staff to help at all, i sent my nephew to exchange an as i do not have time to go the store, they gave him such a hard time to exchange the item that he ended up bringing the item back home, by the time i finish work they are closed, i tried calling them and the number dont work i think that is just pathetic for such a big store. now my daughters birthday is on thursday and we have not managed to return the item</p>
