poor service

<p>jet store in jabulani mall is a mess....went there to buy few thing on the 23.09.2016 was served by this rude guy...i paid and i told him i want to do a lay bye he put me aside for 10 minutes,while waiting came this lady to this guy's till and she did not greet me she worked there taking some other customers lay bye...then after came the guy who was serving me and ask for another customer...i asked him then what about me?he said i should wait as he said bcoz am doing a lay bye with an attitude...can i really wait for 20 minutes in a que to wait again 20 minutes with a cashier....time consuming....and the stuff is rude talking among themselves in fron of customers and gossiping about customers in front of customers...poooooorrrr service jet jabulani mall</p>
