Poor Service

I went to Jet store Sanlam plaza on Saturday on the 20th to laybye a jacket the cashier said the system off line for 3 weeks I then asked do u have any other alternative she said yes buy it cash I'm like no I want to laybye it,then I asked and your other branches in Bloemfontein she said she don't know I can try them I asked her should I just drive to other mall just to try them? Then the admin manager said I can take a walk also if I don't want to drive there, that so rude and arrogant for a manager to say to a customer I've never experience such service at any store I'm very disgusted.They are part of Tfg now they need to sharpen their service because Tfg staff would called around and made a plan. The admin manager and Cashier is a disgrace Regards Lester ***
