Poor quality item

I am very disappointed in the quality of the bag I bought on the 10th January 2025 , I no longer have the slip and I doubt the father of my baby used the reward card but I know the day, and the bag was around 189 but it was less than 200.. Am disappointed now cz my daughter doesn't have any bag to carry to school now as this bag has teared.. Can someone please call me as I need to do a refund, my daughter can't carry a bag for one month and this happens.. It was Jet west street Durban
