Poor quality heels.

I bought some heels last week on Thursday late afternoon. I wore them on Saturday. By the afternoon of the day the tips of the heels were all torn l had to change shoes. What an embarrassing situation because l had gone for a function. I worreto Jet on Face the vrry night but they haven't responded to me at all.
