Poor quality

I visited Jet Mt Frere and there was a promotion on comforters, displayed nicely at the entrance. I bought two of the same colour for my twins. After having used them once and were soiled, I hand-washed them as per the garment care label. The water was black-brown even the rinsing water. I hanged the first one on the line and I noticed the colour ran, the white patches were beige, the bright yellow patches were also changed to a colour that I cannot tell. I took it off re-rinsed it still I received no joy. Same thing with the second one. What do I do? I cannot use them as they look bad, I just packed them away. Used once. One other thing I missed mentioning was that one of the comforters had no pillow cases and I had to go to the store and the manager gave me though they were not the same as the comforter but it was the least she could do,now this. If you havent noticed your standards are deteriorating and that will chase away some customers like me. Please do something. Your quality is very poor. I have stopped buying my kids character wear at Jet because of the quality. It looses shape after only one wash.
