Poor Mobile insurance service

I purchased a handset in June and it got lost in August on the 3rd, I have been trying to claim for my handset since the 5th of August and am being sent from pillar to post by the employees at Jet Fourways Mall, I would strongly discourage anyone from taking insurance from Jet Fourways mall as they don't even have a digital system where they keep the insurer's number, all information is stored in a withered book with tattered pages and when at the store and they are trying to process the claim the one person knows a different process for claiming to the other.
