poor management. terrible service

jet clothing store cresta, the worst ever. all the time you visit the branch only two tills operating and the queue is so long. yesterday I went there 15mns waiting to pay for my things, I decided to go ask for a manager. the lady I spoke to by the name Motlatso looked at me and walked away as if to go get the manager, very rude only to find out 7 mins later that she is actually the manager of the store. Pathetic she should not be in that position if she cannot help anyone, poor leadership from her. that branch needs new management because this girl does not know wat she is doing. even her own staff had nothing good to say about her. as a leader if she cannot take ownership of the mess in her store why then why she appointed., to sit there and do nothing!
