Poor Customer Services
The services that i received from the cashier at Jet Cresta Mall yesterday was extremely poor and she was rude. I was assisted by cashier- Relebohile i was told that the line was standing was for people with special needs, and i had more items i need to stand in a different queue, yet people who were behind me she had already assisted and i told to wait since she asked someone to look for an one pregnant and the end of the line, she advised that she only assisted ladies that are pregnant and showing and i should wait since i was pregnant and not showing. I requested to speak to the manager and i was told she's still busy and was didn't call her. i spoke to assistant manager- Mahlotsho and she advised me that she was not aware on those rules. The service are received was extreme poor and need an apology and someone to take accountability for this matter.
