Poor customer service, poor communication

While paying for my item, i produce the jet points card and was told by cashier they no longer using it. To my surprise i asked her to explain what she meant. Her response was they using foschini cards. I asked what about the points i had in the card? Nothing was communicated regarding this change. She simply said "your loss". How rude! The least they could've done was inform me so i could redeem the points accumulated. This just shows how they care about their customers.
