Poor Customer Service Jet Sandton!

<p>I went to Jet Stores in Sandton wans "served" by a lady by the name of Addeleid at the cellphone counter as i was there for an insurance claim. Firstly this lady was on her cellphone texting the entire time she was assisiting me. i literally had to fight for attention away from her cellphone! and then to top it all off she did not know anything! every single question i had she had to call someone to help answer the question. why is she assigned to man the cellphone counter if she knows nothing about the processes and requirements for requests related to cellphones!? I am deeply dissappointed in the service i recieved and will most defenitely not be coming back!</p>
