Poor customer service from Zintle at Jet Carlton centre.

Can you fix your lay buy system at Carlton centre or have note on your entrance that you nolonger offer that option. I went to your store yesterday, I spent almost an hour shopping only to be told by your cashier Zintle that your systems for lay buy is off and apparently it has not been working for months!!! While on that train your staff on how to communicate with customers, after she told that system is offline as I was leaving she said to her colleagues that "bayadina laba ma lay buy" referring to me. And they all laughed so I'm not if the system was really offline and she didn't want to assist me. The service I got was very poor!!!
