Poor customer service

I took clothes for my daughter with my account at Jet in Galleria Mall (Amanzimtoti) It happened that they do not fit her , Since i'm not in Durban I asked my mother to go and exchange them, so ,today (21st of September ) she went to Jet in Durban CBD ( West street) , she was told that they cannot exchange for her since she is not the account holder , how is that possible ? since I wont be in Durban for 2 months , that means , these clothes cannot be exchanged? since when did they even come up with that idea?

I than called Jet (west street) only to be told that it's not jet it's Sportscene , the guy that answered the phone did not even have patience , he just hung up the call as I still talking.

I am so angry right now
