Poor customer service

Good day I'm foschini group customer and I'm use to the level of quality I get from there stores on Sunday my wife and I went to the Jet store in town in Upington before 13:00 and was rudely told that the store was close so we left the clothes that we wanted to purchase there and was to angry to spent 1 more sec at the store.
