POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I bought clothes at Jet store in Century City , so now some of the clothes were small its was about 4 items , i went to Jet store in khayelitsha for exchange . the experience i got from there was very bad . 1st the cashier who assisted me said i must go to century city where i bought the clothes . and i asked her why cant they do its its the same store anyway she said her manager told her that , I asked for the manager, I waited for 30min for her .

eventually she came with fierce face , i told her i want to do return and I want refund because they don't have the stuff i want , she told me the story cashier gave me. they wont do it i must go where i bought them asked now must i waist my petrol and go to century city from khayelitsha leaving the same store there, with attitude she asked why did i go there from the 1st place told her bcz it was after work and it was the only store opening that time and i think im allowed to shop where ever i want ,

i asked to show me where they wrote that rule she said they don't have to write all the rules its her rule . asked her to assist me bcz i wont waist petrol for few items leaving the store near me, She ended up doing the returns but she was mumbling and shouting abt tags and codes even though everything was there , saying we ppl like higher places and come back to trouble them . i waited at the store for more than 2hrs .

that was the worst service ever especially from the manager it sucks , they undermine customers a lot treating them like they are stupid .
