Poor customer service

I visited the Gateway branch on the 21 Jan and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I picked up two golfers that were on special but the system was not updated when the cashier put them on, so I told her about the special. She was arrogant and insisted that I was wrong and that the special was on T shirts only. So I took a picture of the special and showed her and she just shrugged her shoulders and told me 'I don't know'. But the cashier next to her had the nerve to ask me from which shop I took the picture, like I did something wrong. And the manager of the store was worse as he was so disinterested when I explained what had happened. Definitely will not be shopping there again.
