Poor customer service and violation of customer s rights

I bought winter clothes on 01 May 2020 at mall of the North in polokwane around 15h50,so the staff that I bought is too small for my daughter. So went back today at 14h30 for exchange they said their are not doing exchange till further notice but no one has explain the rules for me yesterday and that means my child we suffer until lockdown is off while I don't have money to buy other staff.
