Poor customer service and unkempt conditions

I recently visited the Jet store at Forest Hill and I was very unhappy. The store is untidy, all the items are not packed neatly and accordingly. Many of the items are not priced correctly, sizes are not marked correctly and adult items are mixed with the children's items, which takes forever to look for an item with the correct size. I have been to many Jet outlets, but I have not experienced such bad service, then the one at Forest Hill. The customer service is very poor. The assistants at the tills are very unfriendly, and do not greet politely, when greeted. There is no efficiency at the tills, even when the line is long. Either the assistants are having a fat conversation, or the system is offline. On that note, I was told to purchase a gift bag for my items, because they did not have any bags to put my items in. Please ensure that this is rectified, before Jet looses it's reputation, due to laziness and incompetence. The store does not even deserve a one star rating, but in order for me to submit a review, I need to give a rating.
