Poor customer service and stock control

Very disappointing service received from the Richards Bay branch. I wanted to ourchase a pair of shoes qhich had been displayed on the shelf. Upon reaching the register I was told by the cashier that she doesn't know who put those shoes on the shelf because they were the last stock and she couldn't give me a price on them. I was instantly annoyed and then she reluctantly said that she could take a picture and send it to another store to get the price but it could take up to half an hour! Very sad as I frequently visit and make purchases from this store. The staff member was also wearing her name tag the wrong way around so I could not see her name. No concern for the sale which could have been made or for assisting the client! Pathetic!
